Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Pregnancy Stretch

Massage is safe at every stage of pregnancy. As your body changes to accommodate your growing baby, massage can offer both physical and emotional support. It can be a time for you to relax and connect with your baby as well as easing the physical discomfort that can come with pregnancy. During the 1st trimester massages will usually take place on a massage table. During the 2nd and 3rd trimesters massages will usually take place on a futon mattress on the floor, with you lying on your side. Your comfort is paramount. I also offer postnatal massage with the option of you bringing your baby along to your appointment. Postnatal massages can take place on the massage table or on the futon mattress depending on your preference.

Pregnancy Baby

“I’ve been seeing Annie for massages throughout my third pregnancy and it’s been something I’ve looked forward to each time. Annie takes the time to listen to how I’m feeling and tailors the massage to me. I feel very safe in Annie’s hands and my pregnancy aches and pains are soothed by her massages.” AS

Pregnancy Head

“Annie works very intuitively with care and compassion and really listens to her client’s needs. My post-natal massage really helped to relax me, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. She worked miracles on my achey shoulders and legs”. EW

Pregnancy and postnatal massage is £50 for 60 minutes or £73 for 90 minutes.
